We reserve the right to decide whether to issue a refund or resend the product. Refunds are limited to one item per shipment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as repair creams, numbing creams, and pigments), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
📦 Lost / Stolen Packages
Once a package leaves IBeauty and is with the courier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, or missing items. No refunds or exchanges will be given in these cases. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
Additionally, returns or exchanges are not accepted on sale items, gift cards, services, or treatments.
🔁 Exchanges
The fastest way to complete an exchange is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If it is approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
